Whether you are planning a vacation for the entire family or getting the girls together for a weekend of relaxation at the beach, Into the Blue is the perfect cottage to relax and enjoy the best of Seaside and 30A. This grand three-story home is positioned well on Seaside Avenue, just steps from Central Square, Black Bear Bakery and the shops and restaurants in town, as well as the East Ruskin private beach pavilion.
All four bedrooms are located on the first floor, ideal for those with mobility limitations. The first floor features four king beds. Two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms boast both tubs and showers. Another large king bedroom boast a walk in shower. The fourth king bedroom features a built in king bed with access to a large walk in shower across the hall. **Please note that the built in king bedroom does not have a closet!**. The laundry room is conveniently also on the first floor.
Following the grand staircase up to the second floor, you will find a stunning Great Room, including a dining area and living area, with vaulted ceilings and an enormous private balcony nestled among the tree tops. The large living area, dining area and gourmet kitchen are graciously sized to accommodate your entire group.
The chef's kitchen has everything you and your guests might need for meals and snacks. Equipped with a double refrigerator, 4 dishwashers, a 48" gas range, as well as additional small appliances, you’ll be able to share many memorable meals, whether cooking for yourself or bringing in a private chef.
The living room has a 60” smart TV and two oversized down sofas for lounging or playing one of the many board games. The 10 ‘x 60’ private balcony is surrounded by lush tropical plants and includes a marble dining table for your morning breakfast, an oversized lounger bed and sofa for afternoon naps. You can hear the live music from Seaside’s Central Square from your porch.
Beyond the kitchen is a dining room with seating for eight, decorated in modern coastal style.
Head up another flight of stairs and you’ll find a small landing with cozy mattresses for reading a book or working, before you continue on to the tower room, with spectacular 360 views of the Gulf of Mexico, Seaside, the Chapel and more. A comfortable sofa bed is available, should you decide to nap or enjoy a bird's-eye view of an afternoon thunderstorm.
Private entrances at the back and front of the home boast easy access for your entire group.
The ping pong table on the front porch invites guests as well as a fenced in yard invites guests to gather and relax in these spacious accommodations.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
