With your own private roof deck, you don't even have to leave the house to soak up some sunshine and ocean views!
Sandy Summer is the only unit in the complex that has two parking spaces and a garage space, which allows parking for up to 2-3 cars. Once inside on the first floor, you will find a mother-in-law suite featuring a queen sized bed, sofa, private ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and full sized washer and dryer. Heading up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you will find the main living area and a bunk room for the kids. The living room boasts a large sectional and 55" TV for you to relax and watch your favorite shows in the evenings. The owners love to cook, and the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal away from home! Down the hall is the main bathroom for the 2nd floor and the bunk room, which has two twin bunks and a twin over a full bunk, sleeping 5.
Heading up the next set of stairs you will find two spacious and light filled bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both of these bedrooms are large enough to hold a pack n' play for any little ones needing a place to sleep. From the 3rd floor you can access the spiral staircase up to the massive roof deck, where you can relax with a cold drink and take in some sunbathing or just enjoy the nice breeze and gulf views. Tucked back away from the road and next to the community swimming pool, Sandy Summer is one of the most private units in the complex. The living room and roof deck back up to beautiful magnolia trees, which provide wonderful privacy and make you feel like you are in a house all to yourself.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
