B301 is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in the quiet community of SeaView Villas. With a large, heated pool and 400' of private beach access, you won't find yourself competing for space. The owners tastefully remodeled this entire unit and have never rented it since the remodel. It's beautiful inside! Private, gated parking provides privacy and plenty of parking. Each unit in SeaView Villas is an "end unit", as every building has exactly two units on each floor. So you will find lots of natural light in almost every room!

Walking in the front door you will find a nice sized bedroom with a king bed, dresser, closet and ensuite bathroom to the left. On the right hand side you will find another large bedroom with two queen beds and another ensuite bath. This bathroom boasts a single vanity, toilet, and a tub/shower combination. This bathroom also opens to the hall and effectively doubles as the common bathroom for the space.

Towards the back of the unit you will find the master bedroom on the left hand side. This beautiful bedroom boasts a king sized bed, dresser, and tons of natural light. Rounding out the master is a bathroom that likely rivals your bathroom at home. A massive vanity with makeup sitting area, huge soaker tub, walk-in shower, and huge closet are perfect for an extended stay at the beach!

Just past the master bedroom the condo opens up into a beautiful open kitchen, living, and dining area. The owners tastefully remodeled the kitchen with a large island, brand new stainless appliances, and a large pantry. The designer dining area is perfect for serving up meals or entertaining a few friends in the evening. The living space boasts a large TV over the fireplace, and ample seating space for everyone to unwind after a day in the sand. Through the french doors, you will find yourself on the large, shaded balcony overlooking the community pool. You can watch your kids swimming down below, or just relax from your private balcony!

When you are ready to head down to the beach, grab your key cards and head downstairs. Out the front gate and across a pedestrian path across 30A, you will find a meandering path down to the private, gated beach access point. Use your scan card to open up the gate to your beach oasis! White sand and emerald green waters will greet you, where you have plenty of space to set up your beach chairs and relax for a full day in the sand with the family.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
