We are 30A Ocean Blue.  Our motto and intentions are simple.  With over 20 years of rental experience in the area, we want your experience to feel like an intimate, owner-guest relationship and not a distant experience that often accompanies stays with a large rental company.  We maintain an intentionally small selection of impeccably maintained properties that offer you a wonderful home away from home experience.  

In addition to being managers of exclusive luxury vacation homes along 30A, available for your vacation, we are also a licensed real estate broker associate and sales associates with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty.  Our properties include some of the finest newer construction homes in Old Seagrove and in Seaside proper.  We also have properties spanning from Laguna Beach on the east end, all the way down to Gulf Place. 

We enjoy creating an intimate guest experience from start to finish.  We are hands on and present in our vacation rental homes on a regular basis to ensure we deliver the best quality home away from home experience for you and your family.

Upon entering Better Days, you are welcomed in to the first floor hall that leads to the queen bedroom, full bath and laundry. The queen bedroom offers plenty of storage and a flat 24 in screen cable TV (not smart TV). There is a full bath with shower stall and a washer & dryer for your convenience.

Head upstairs to the living area and enjoy the 39" flat screen smart TV and new futon sofa that can lay flat as small bed for a small child. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and a dining table for three. There is also a balcony off the living room for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or your evening glass of wine.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.
