This fabulous home has been recently renovated and never before offered to the rental market. Tucked away on the quiet streets of Old Seagrove, this lovely beach home is ideally situated just 1 block off of 30A and the beach, with access to over 3000' of wide open beautiful beaches!
When you aren't enjoying time in the sand on the beach, you won't want to leave this backyard oasis. The backyard offers a large private pool with an outdoor kitchen and outdoor grilling area - complete with a green egg and gas grill. You can also unwind with a glass of wine around the fire pit under the softly lit oak trees. Lounge in the sun on the pool loungers, or read a book on the large screened porch. We promise you won't want to go back home!
Inside the home you'll find a large open kitchen/dining/living space, where you can prepare meals and enjoy family time after a fund day at the beach. The renovated kitchen offers a large french door refrigerator and freezer, a gas range, and everything you might need to prepare all of your meals. For coffee, this home offers both a Nepresso machine as well as a Keurig Duo, meaning you can prepare you coffee by the cup or by the pot - options for everyone!
On the first floor you will find the kitchen, dining, and living room, as well as a large primary suite, powder bath, and laundry room. The primary suite offers an oversized bedroom with a king sized bed, two night stands, a dresser, wall mounted smart TV, large closet, ensuite bath with double vanity, makeup vanity, and a walk in shower. The primary suite also has direct access to the screened porch, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the tranquil backyard and pool area.
The powder bath services the living area, and then the large laundry room is the perfect spot to drop suits and towels after your time on the beach before heading outback for a swim in the pool. The laundry room offers a large drop zone, large sink for rinsing or soaking, and a full sized washer and dryer.
Upstairs you will find three additional bedrooms and a second living area, offering a sleeper sofa. The largest bedroom mirrors the primary suite on the first floor, with a king bed and ensuite bath - offering a double vanity and large walk in shower. This large bedroom also offers private access to the second floor porch at the rear of the home.
The third bedroom is the bunk room, which shares a large hall bath with the queen bedroom (4th bedroom). The bunk room offers a queen size bed on the bottom with a twin size bed overhead. This room offers a large dresser and closet and is directly across the hall from the hall bath. The hall bath offers a double vanity, large linen closet, toilet, and shower/tub combo, perfect for bathing young children.
The last bedroom upstairs is the queen bedroom, offering a lovely queen bed, nightstands, dresser, and closet. This bedroom shares the hall bath with the bunk room.
The upstairs living room offers a great spot for kids to watch their own movie, and it offers additional sleeping space for 2 on the pull out sleeper sofa.
You are only 0.7 mi to the center of Seaside and only 0.1 mi (3 minute walk) to the Azalea/Camelia beach access. Or hop on the provided bicycles and take the 30A bike path anywhere you'd like to visit along 30A!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
