This luxurious home was just completed in 2020 and boasts all of the modern luxuries wrapped up in the cottage style that Seaside is so well known for. Enjoy your morning coffee on the third floor tower, while taking in the breathtaking ocean views. When you are ready to head down to the beach, you can load everything up in our wagon and stroll a mere 175 yards to the Tupelo Beach Pavilion. Best Days Ever won't disappoint!
Best Days Ever is one of few properties that has it's own private driveway, and as of December 2021, a Tesla charging station has been added to the property! Charge your electric vehicle in your driveway while you are on vacation!
The spacious 1st floor porch welcomes you with ample seating for 6. Once you enter the 1st floor of the house, it features a living/lounging area with 55" QLED TV and speakers to enhance the sound. The living area seats 7. You will also find a bar area with beverage/wine refrigerator and ice maker to easily fill up your cooler to head to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with high end stainless steel appliances including a large Liebherr refrigerator/freezer, Bertazonni gas range, dishwasher, and exhaust hood for those that want to cook in style. A microwave and a fully stocked kitchen allows the guest to relax and enjoy without worry. The dining area seats 6 people. This is a professionally designed and decorated home with ALL brand new COASTAL furniture.
The second level boasts two king bedrooms, both with private ensuite baths and closets. The ensuite baths for the King bedrooms both have dual vanities with a rain head shower and a seating bench with hand held wand to easily bathe smaller children. Both King bedrooms have 50" QLED TVs.
The third bedroom is a queen bed built in with storage below and a closet. This bedroom has a 43" QLED TV.
A full sized washer/dryer is on this level.
The third level tower has a table for 4 and 2 chairs for sitting, with a very clear view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Town of Seaside.
There is off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway or on the street. You never have to worry about a parking spot as the driveway is private for this home. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and the side yard has a deck with large table, chairs, and a natural gas grill plumbed into the natural gas line.
The home comes with 2 free adult bikes, wagon, and beach toys. 6 free beach chairs with umbrella to carry to the beach if one doesn't want to purchase beach service.
A short walk or bike ride, usually 3 min or less, allows you to be in the town of Seaside to enjoy food and shopping, or head to the croquet lawn, playground, tennis courts, fitness center, west family pool, east covered pool, or the adult only pool on the east side. See the map with the pictures to see the location of the home to all the amenites.
All 6 guests will receive wrist bands to wear to access the beach and this rental will allow parking passes for 2 vehicles. Amenity Passes to the swimming pools, tennis courts, and fitness center are not included in the nightly price but can be selected at checkout as an option! Amenity passes are optional.
Golf Carts are prohibited unless one is handicapped. If there is a handicap person coming, please notify us at least a month before arrival to complete paperwork to the Seaside FL Town Council and the HOA to review for approval. If approved, the golf cart can only be rented through the approved vendor.
Seaside Town: Restaurants, Shopping, Food Trailers, Amphitheater with outdoor entertainment.
Seaside Community: Private beach. You will receive a code to open the locked gate to get to the beach. Guests will wear wristbands so seaside security knows they are a Seaside FL guest and have access to the beach. All beach pavilions have restrooms. You will be given the code to the restrooms.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES in Seaside FL (pools and gym require purchase of amenity passes):
West Pool with adult/kid pools, restrooms, bar/grill
East Adult Only. Pool with restrooms
East Covered Adult/kids pool with restrooms
All pools are usually heated in the offseason. If all pools are not heated, there is usually one that is heated.
Tennis courts. The amenity pass allows you to use the tennis courts for an fee. They have tennis clinics and you can reserve a court for fun tennis, or take a private lesson.
Playground, croquet lawn for general use, sand volleyball courts, shuffleboard, and a basketball court. Pickle ball courts are coming in 2022!

All linens and towels. No beach towels; so please pack those.

An initial start of dish liquid, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

This home is located at 46 Tupelo Street---just a short stroll to the private Tupelo beach access at the end of your street as well as to the town center and fitness center. You will walk past 3 houses on Tupelo Street, cross 30-A and you are headed toward the Tupelo Pavilion Beach Walkover. Come and experience Seaside the way it was meant to be at Best Days Ever!
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the OwnerThis home is professionally managed by 30A Ocean Blue, but we would love to share a little bit of the cottage's back story with you! 46 Tupelo was purchased in 2018 by Richard Jabbour and Gayle Adams who took the original vision of "Coastal Cutie" and reimagined it with the new construction of "Life In Shorts", completed in 2020. In 2021, the home was purchased by a new loving family and has been affectionately named "Best Days Ever", where the owners hope your family and friends can enjoy some of their best days ever at the beach!
