Welcome to 30A Ocean Blue! 
30A Ocean Blue was started and founded by Gayle Adams Jabbour and her husband, Richard Jabbour as a platform to manage their own private rental homes in the 30-A area.  In 2019, the company transitioned over to Gayle's daughter, Chelsey Adams Pedersen, where the vision expanded to include a broader offering of rental properties in the 30-A area.

Today Gayle and Chelsey work together to offer you one of the most intimate and wonderful vacation experiences.  Chelsey and our property manager, Summer, manage all of our rental homes in Florida.  Gayle manages her personal homes in Costa Rica.

Our motto and intentions are simple.  With over 20 years of rental experience in the area, we want your experience to feel like an owner-guest relationship and not a large company feel.  We maintain an intentionally small selection of impeccably maintained properties that offer you a wonderful home away from home experience.  With everything from one bedroom cottages to luxuriously furnished 4 bedroom homes, we try to have something to suit everyone's needs.  One of our Seaside homes can even be pet friendly with a small pet fee!

Our reputation for solid rental operations is known, and we pride ourselves as being known as a boutique management company. We are approached by owners that have the same desire for their home - the finest quality that the home can represent for the finest value for the guests.

We have been blessed with absolutely wonderful cleaning staff who have worked with us for more than 10 years consistently.  Their pride of ownership shows in all of our properties, and you can expect your rental to be clean and well taken care of. We compensate our staff a living wage, because they are great people that do great work for us.

Chelsey lives with her husband and three children in Santa Rosa Beach and enjoys being hands on in our homes on a day-to-day basis.  Gayle and Richard reside in Seaside, FL and are working on their latest build on Pensacola Street.  If you see us out and about, be sure to say hi!
