Nestled into a quiet community on the east end of 30A, right next door to Alys Beach, this townhome overlooks the community pool and is only a 0.4 mi walk to the beach access, where you can stretch out and enjoy our white sandy beaches and stunning water. This home offers luxury finishes throughout the home, including venetian plaster, Wolf and SubZero appliances, and marble and hardwood flooring.
On the first floor you will find a spacious living area, offering two large sofas and two armchairs. The well equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare high quality meals at the beach. You can cook for yourselves, or you can bring in a professional chef to cater to your every need. A wine fridge just off of the kitchen will keep your favorite drinks chilled and easy accessible for when you need them. The oversized island seats three, and the built-in dining area will comfortably seat 6. The deep front porch, located just off the main living area, offers a spacious outdoor sectional and an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying lunch when you take a break from the pool just across the sidewalk from the front porch. Down the hallway from the kitchen and living area, you will find a powder bath and an outdoor shower at the rear for rinsing off after a fun day on the beach.

Upstairs, off of the landing area between the first and second floors, you will find a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, as well as a large sink for hand-washables and soaking, should you need it. At the top of the stairs you will find three large bedrooms, each with spacious ensuite baths and closets.

Guest Suite #1 offers a queen sized bed, oversized nightstands, a built-in desk for working remotely, a large closet, and an ensuite bath with a large soaking tub and oversized vanity. Guest Suite #2 offers another generously sized bedroom with a queen size bed, large dresser, closet, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway lies the spacious primary suite. In the primary bedroom you will enjoy tons of natural light pouring in from the large windows and doors opening to your private porch. You can enjoy an afternoon book or a cup of coffee, tucked away from the rest of your guests. The bedroom offers a king bed and seating area and a large dresser and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bath offers a spacious closet, two large vanities, a water closet, and a beautiful marble shower with wand for your enjoyment.

Outside, the community pool is just steps from the front door. You can enjoy the comfortable pool loungers or take a dip in the beautiful pool. When it's time for dinner, enjoy the grilling area in the pool to grill up your favorite foods. The nearest beach access is just 0.4 mi away. You can walk on foot, or you can rent bicycles for a quicker way to the beach. Stroll down to Alys Beach and enjoy one of the many fine dining establishments Alys Beach is so well known for. Just a little beyond Alys Beach is the picturesque Rosemary Beach, which can be easily reached by bike or car. For the tennis players, this is a great spot to get in a morning lesson or group clinic while you're in town!
Also nearby is Publix at Watersound Town Center (1.4mi), Ambrosia Steakhouse, and all of the great shopping and dining options at 30Avenue.

Guests may park one vehicle on the parking pad behind the home, or you are welcome to park in the parking lot directly behind the home if you have an additional vehicle. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
