Just down the hall you will find two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a king sized bed, wall mounted Smart-TV, and an ensuite bathroom finished in beautiful marble. Across the hallway lies the third bedroom. This bedroom will have your kids never wanting to leave. With built in bunk beds offering two queen beds and two twin beds, colorful wallpaper, and an ensuite bath with soaking tub, this bedroom is both practical and fun for your beach getaway.

Tucked away on the stairs between the first and second floors, you will find a laundry room offering a sink and full sized washer and dryer.

At the rear of the home, you will find an outdoor shower to wash off when you return from the beach and private parking for two vehicles in the garage. Drive an EV? This home comes equipped with two EV chargers inside the garage; so you can keep your car cool and charged throughout your stay.

The community pool is just around the corner from your front door. Just grab the beach towels from the laundry room and stroll on down to the community pool. You can lounge around the pool or grill up dinner on the BBQ grill in the pool courtyard for a pool-side dinner.

When you are ready to head to the beach, you can grab the 6 backpack beach chairs and two umbrellas from the garage and head down to the beach to setup and relax for the day. You'll find plenty of space to stretch out and relax on the sand and wade into the beautiful Gulf water.

Recommendations for bicycle rentals, private chef offerings, nearby golf, and much more available upon request. Rosemary Beach Fitness Center and Racquet Club are just 5 minutes away. Public pickleball courts are about 10 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
